Who is Pope Wanga? Is this just a person made up by someone if it is then why?
But the name 'Pope wanga' need not be a sufficient reason to irritate anyone. It is not abusive, offensive or defaming anyone. It is just a person as you have rightly conjectured. The word 'Pope' is not the monopoly of anyone that others can be prevented from using it as a suffix or an affix with their name.
