Edit your picture using a picture editing program like Photoshop.
There's some programs you can download for free, like Photofiltre. None of them are as good as Photoshop, But may still help in some cases.

The bar code is a font and you can make stuff like that with photo editing software I personally use Corels Paint shop pro X Adobe photo shop is EXPENSIVE:)PSP is just as good and cheaper:)
